1) Bawak family ke Melaka, specifically, Banda Hilir Melaka. Pi ke sana sekitar tengahari, traffic heavy, tapi ok ... about 2 jam. Balik tu .. aduhai ... gatal2 bawak jalan jauh yg kurang jam ... Melaka-Sg Udang-Masjid Tanah - Linggi - Rantau - Mambau -- highway ke BBB .. 4 jam!
2) Yang kami lawat .. Rumah Upside Down, Menara Taming Sari, Muzeum Samudera dan naik Melaka River Boat Cruise

Hari ni, as I am doing kerja2 as usual, cerita 'The Little Engine That Could', asyik bermain2 di kepala.
Ini yang saya ingat ..
There was a little train engine that was the slowest train in the station. He was always looked down by other engines, as he was slow, and that made him sad.
One day, while he was on the rail, he listened to what his wheels was saying. His wheels were saying, "Take Your Time, Take Your Time", repeatedly. Oh, that is why I am slow, he thought. So he continued, as usual. A few days later, he listened to his wheels again. He heard the same thing, that he heard last time, so he continued on his journey, arriving late as usual. The next trip, he told himself that he wanted to really listen to his wheels, to see whether what was he really listening is true. The next trip, he listened carefully. Strange, he thought, there were no words. Silence. He felt better, and started to move faster. After a few moments, he heard a whisper. The words became louder and louder. It was " Hurry Up! Hurry Up! ", and it was repeating over and over again. The train moved faster and arrived early at his destination. From then onwards, all he heard from his wheels were "Hurry Up, Hurry Up", and he was never the slowest train again.
Hari ini genap pemergian arwah setahun. Sigh ... do I miss him? yeah, a bit ... especially masa jalan2, or having fun ... wished he was around, to add his cheekiness ... tapi, dah redha I guess ..
Pergi melawat kubur arwah di Seremban... a pleasant surprise dapat bertembung dengan my parents :) ... dapat la tolong depa kemas kubur arwah sedikit. I think they miss him more, which is perfectly understandable.
Hari ini lepak dengan Taufik, masukkan alarm baru ke kereta Myvi. Kerja2 tu mcm biasa la ... tp yg penting ialah menghabiskan masa dengan seorang sahabat lama. Thanks boy :)

Is it the journey or destination? I kinda ask myself that question here and bit today, and this song came up. I think it is both, and the key is to know what is the journey and what is the destination, sebab kalau tak tau destination, atau salah destination, what was the journey worth it?

Interesting title ... the song basically says that promises matter and action do as well.
I think that's a good metaphor for stuff right now, .. I think a lot, but the always stuck at the action part. 1. Masuk PPP/ITM Shah Alam, tahun 1991, kursus Bahasa Inggeris track Accelerated.
Hari kelas pertama, sesi ice-breaking, kami bertegur sapa. Beliau cerita tentang pengalaman beliau menghadiri kelas Carnegie selepas SPM 90, yang mengajar beliau tentang study skills.
Sesi drama kelas mana kumpulan beliau membuat sketsa detergent yg sungguh dasat ... salah satu ahli kumpulan beliau masa itu adalah Abdul Razak Ahmad.
2. Berpacaran dengan rakan sebilik 501/11 saudara Razman, masa PPP/ITM
-kereta Honda Accord merah beliau menjadi saksi kisah mereka
-Razman's famous declaration untuk tidak bercouple masa PPP. Turns out he was the first in the room to do so :P
-beliau datang jalan2 ke DC masa winter of 94 dengan Razman, a surprise visit
-kali terakhir saya lihat mereka berpacaran semasa Razman kembali bercuti semasa belajar Master, sekitar hujung 95 atau 96.

Talked for a while, I remembered masa tu kat the ground level floor. Dia kata hubby dia tengah bawak their two girls pi Toys R Us masa tu. :) sadly, that was the last time saw her face to face.

On and off, selepas tu, ada jumpa online, FB and LinkedIn, tegur sikit, nothing much. Tapi, she will always be a fond memory.
