Chester of Linkin Park Is Dead

I posted this note below on my Facebook upon hearing Chester's suicide

If you google his name right now, there are probably tributes on how he gave a voice to a lot of angry people. I am one of them.

When Hybrid Theory came out, I didn't pay much attention to it at first, as I was not that into 'One Step Closer'. But, had to admit that the music has a nice feel to it. 'Crawling' was alright, but what got me was 'Papercut'. Oh man, the lyrics were so speaking to me, about that point of time of my life. All the anger I had and felt really came out. So, bought the CD and the rest was history. I became a fan.

When Meteora came out, a few of the songs were even better, as it reflected again, the torment and anger inside. 'Somewhere To Belong' was wanting to be a part of something, 'Lying Away from You' and 'Don't Stay' was for all the m**ers who pissed me off all my life, 'Figure 09' was about my angry demons, 'Numb' was being angry and numb with oneself and the demons inside...

There were times I could listen to both albums repeated for a while ...

However, my interest in LP waned after these two albums, as their musical direction became a bit alien. I guess all bands evolve at one point and they did. When One More Light came out, I liked the new song 'Heavy' as it reminded me of the early two albums. I'll probably check it out later.

Suicide is never cool, and I wished he got help before he did it. To anyone who feels suicidal, do get help.

Thank you Chester for giving me a voice during those years ...

Rizalman Life Inspired Episode 2 dan 3 Review

Sudah ku tonton episode 2 dan 3.

Lokasinya di Paris, France. Yang discover adalah shooting Rizalman dan aktiviti shopping and sightseeing beliau. Menarik juga menonton apa yang beliau minat dan lakukan.

Beberapa pengamatan

• Shooting sejuk ketika itu. Nampak usaha beliau dan pasukan untuk menjayakan penggambaran dalam semua keadaan yg muncul.
• Rizalman minat dengan antik. Sangat minat ok. He knows what his furniture taste which lies between royalty and aristocracy. Woo....
• His support team is very important to him to assist him in running his personal and business life. Admittedly, he is a control freak.
• Pelanggan Rizalman percaya dengan pilihan dan karya beliau mengikut apa yang mereka mahu. Sebab itu, mereka adalah pelanggan setia. Pelanggan yang muncul adalah Ifah dan Deborah Henry, Ms Universe Malaysia, di mana Rizalman siapkan baju perkahwinan beliau.
• Selain fesyen, beliau ada juga bisnes reka dalaman. Interior design merupakan bidang pilihan beliau dahulu sebelum terpaksa memilih fesyen di UiTM.

Yang pasti, personaliti beliau terserlah di rancangan ini.

In summary 

The alchemist says Fatima understands that Santiago needs to complete his Personal Legend. Santiago asks the alchemist what would happen if he stayed in Al-Fayoum. The alchemist explains that Santiago would have enough money to buy many sheep and camels, and that he would marry Fatima. Santiago and Fatima would be happy for one year, but that during the second year Santiago would start to think about the treasure again. He would not be able to ignore the omens. During the third year, Santiago would become increasingly obsessed with his Personal Legend, and Fatima would feel bad for interrupting Santiago’s quest. Santiago and Fatima would still love each other, but by the fourth year, the omens of treasure would disappear. The tribal chieftains would dismiss Santiago as their counselor, and Santiago would live the rest of his life in regret.

I think I had one of the strongest signals today, and I really have to pay heed this time. I have done enough regretting.

Rizalman di Life Inspired

Sudah selesai menonton episode pertama Rizalman, rancangan documentary belakang tabir pereka terkenal Rizalman.

5 pendedahan episode pertama

1. The big why Rizalman pada permulaan kerjaya beliau adalah untuk menjaga ibubapanya supaya mereka hidup senang.
2. Mula-mula beliau mahu belajar Interior Design, tetapi tidak dapat, lalu masuk jurusan fesyen di UiTM.
3. Beliau ada personal aide bernama Umie dan a butler bernama Ary. Mereka penting untuk menolong beliau dalam urusan harian, bisnes dan peribadi.
4. Dengan pelanggan-pelanggan beliau, beliau involve 100% dengan penampilan mereka dengan rekaan beliau. Contoh, Datin Sophea dan Dayang NurFaizah.
5. Dalam bisnes dan peribadi, Rizalman mementing ketelusan, usaha dan kerja keras.

Kesimpulan, untuk episode pertama ini, memang menarik sudut Rizalman yang dipaparkan.

Pakcik Linda, abang ibunya meninggal dunia pada 2330, 20 May 2017 di rumah beliau, Binjai, Kelantan.

21 May, pukul 6 am, kami bertolak dari BBBangi ke sana. Sampai pukul 1330. Selesai urusan, sekitar 1630, kami bertolak ke BBBangi, sampai pukul 0115, 22 May.

Fahamkan Causality

Dalam siri The Matrix, Merovingian, salah satu watak berkata, hanya satu perkara yang benar-sebenarnya, iaitu causality, ..action reaction.. Cause and effect. For everything that happens, there must be a reason, a cause. Therefore, doing anything without a reason, cause, is pretty much useless.

My twisted ankle

About a week ago, I badly twisted my ankle in front of a Shell station. Thought about the weekend, didn't watch my step and boom, "p***mak" came out. Got some painful foot therapy shortly. Spent Friday work leave rnr at home, hobbling around in the weekend, rehabbing. It's getting better now, and the pain reminds me of the need to focus on what you are doing at the moment.

One lesson that I have learnt the hard way in the past, is that laws of nature does apply when it come to life. Simply, you reap what you sow. Especially, when it comes to regrets. Action and consequences, like the Merongivian says in The Matrix Trilogy.
