The Anger Is Back

 I have the anger inside of me. It is always there ... hardened by years of shame and abuse .. a burning fire with layers of ice around it to make sure it does not surface.

When it appears, I am focused. It puts into a state of intensity that I cannot explain. I did my best to ignore, then pacify it. Now, I do not. I simply accept it as it is the only way of controlling it.

Felt it again today, triggered by a few personal things.

Nothing much today, I woke up really2 late, parents came over to deliver a bicycle. Burger King makes really delicious burgers :D

 Hari ini memang mengajar aku tentang makna ' Kalau Tidak Dipecahkan Ruyung, Macamana Nak Dapat Sagunya'. Nak capai sesuatu, mesti ada tindakan konsisten dan berterusan, yakin dengan proses.

Teringat dalam kelas, aku ada ajar mengenai IPO .. Input + Proses = Output ... ini hukum alam ... aku diingatkan kembali. Penting ikut formula ini.
