tried that early last year dengan harapan to lose a few kilos before my wedding. i only shed 4kgs and it stops there. doesn't really work. i guess exercise is always the key to losing weight.

but the chocolate flavoured shake is soooo yummy. love love.

oh and since i only became a member for personal consumption, i stopped just 4-5 months after... takde chan pun nak introduce the one to the habit.
